How can we help?
Answers to common questions are below. For anything else, get in touch.
Email us
[email protected]. Don't include passwords or sign-in codes; we'll never ask for them.
On the beta
Report a problem from TestFlight: take a screenshot and choose Share Beta Feedback. If you've allowed TestFlight to share crash data, crash reports reach us automatically.
Accounts
Connecting your networks
Which networks?
Bluesky, Threads and Mastodon, one account on each. Add them from Accounts. Where sign-ins are stored
Bluesky
Sign in through Bluesky, or with your handle and an app password. Posting video to Bluesky needs an account with a confirmed email address.
Mastodon
Enter your server, such as mastodon.social, or your full address, like @[email protected]. No account yet? You can create one on mastodon.social from inside the app.
“Needs attention”
The network has ended your session. Open Accounts, tap the account and sign in again.
Signing out
In Accounts, swipe the account and tap Remove. Choose Sign out on this device, or Remove from all devices to sign each linked device out the next time it syncs. What signing out deletes
Using another device
Tap the code button at the top of Home on both devices. Show My Code on one and Scan it with the other, and check that both show the same six digits. Then sign in to each account on the new device; sign-ins aren't copied between devices. How sync is encrypted
Posting
When a post doesn't go as planned
It failed on some networks
Its card on Home shows which ones and why. Tap Try again to resend to just those.
You're offline
The post waits on Home as Waiting for connection… and is saved to Drafts. It's sent when the connection returns. Tap Cancel to stop it.
It's over a limit
The composer names the network that's over, and what to shorten or remove. Each network's limits are listed on the home page.

Usage statistics
Switch off Settings → Compose → Share Usage Statistics. This also deletes the install ID. What's counted
Erasing synced data
Accounts → Linked devices → Unlink all devices. Deleting the app alone doesn't erase it. What the sync service keeps
Deleting the app
Sign out of each account and unlink all devices first: iOS may keep sign-ins after an app is deleted. Deleting your data
